Description

A quick and easy no-bake dessert salad featuring a creamy cheesecake base mixed with fresh berries, perfect for a light and refreshing treat.

3.4 oz box cheesecake pudding/filling mix
2 (6 oz each) containers strawberry yogurt
12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 lb. fresh strawberries, sliced into 4ths
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
2 bananas, sliced (optional)
23 cups mini marshmallows (optional)


Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix, and thawed whipped topping.
  2. Step 2: Whisk the ingredients together until they are well combined and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour, or until you are ready to serve.
  4. Step 4: Just before serving, add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and optional bananas and marshmallows to the chilled mixture.
  5. Step 5: Gently stir everything together to combine.
  6. Step 6: Serve the salad cold.

Notes

The bananas and mini marshmallows are optional additions.

Ensure the whipped topping is fully thawed before you begin mixing.
