1 8.5 oz Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
2 eggs
1/8 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 14.75 oz can creamed corn


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Step 2: Pour the cornbread muffin mix into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Step 3: Add the eggs, milk, oil, and the entire can of creamed corn to the bowl.
  4. Step 4: Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  5. Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the top becomes golden brown and starts to crack.

Notes

If you live at a higher elevation, the bake time will be longer, approximately 40-50 minutes.
