21 ounce can apple pie filling
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup salted butter, melted
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (6 ounce) cans Pillsbury Grands homestyle biscuits
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, stir together the apple pie filling, brown sugar, melted butter, apple pie spice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Step 3: Cut each biscuit into 8 small pieces and add them to the bowl with the apple mixture.
- Step 4: Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the apple mixture until they are all evenly coated.
- Step 5: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it in an even layer.
- Step 6: Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Step 7: Allow the dish to cool slightly. While it cools, prepare the glaze by whisking the powdered sugar and milk together in a small bowl until smooth.
- Step 8: Pour the glaze over the warm bubble up. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
