Ingredients

Scale

48 Ritz crackers

4 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon poppy seeds

1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with half of the Ritz crackers, placing them flat side down.
  • Tear the deli ham into small strips, then fold and place a piece on each cracker.
  • Cut the Swiss cheese into approximately 1-inch squares and layer one piece over the ham on each cracker.
  • Top each mini stack with another cracker to form a sandwich.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  • Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over all the sandwiches in the dish.
  • Evenly scatter the poppy seeds and dried minced onion over the tops.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops turn a light golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, savory deliciousness.
