2 tablespoons honey
16 ounces frozen corn
2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together.
- Step 2: Add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is cooked through.
- Step 3: Stir in the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Step 4: Serve immediately.
