Description
Festive pretzel rods dipped in white chocolate and decorated with colorful sprinkles and optional pop rocks.

12 oz white chocolate chips
24 pretzel rods
assorted red white and blue sprinkles
red or blue poprocks (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt the white chocolate chips. You can do this over a double boiler, stirring constantly until creamy, or in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring between each until creamy.
- Step 2: Dip each pretzel rod about halfway into the melted chocolate.
- Step 3: Twirl the pretzel over the bowl for a few seconds to let any excess chocolate drip off.
- Step 4: While the chocolate is still wet, decorate with sprinkles or pop rocks.
- Step 5: Place the decorated pretzels on waxed paper or parchment paper and let them sit until the chocolate has completely hardened.
Notes
Pop rocks are an optional but fun addition for a crackling texture.
Be careful not to overheat the chocolate, especially in the microwave, as it can burn or seize.
