A light, creamy, and fluffy no-bake dessert salad featuring the classic combination of orange and vanilla, reminiscent of a creamsicle.

3 oz box orange Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
3.4 oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 (28 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the orange Jell-O mix with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir continuously until the Jell-O powder is completely dissolved.
- Step 2: Stir in 1 cup of cold water. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes.
- Step 3: After 15 minutes, whisk the vanilla instant pudding mix into the Jell-O mixture until it is fully dissolved.
- Step 4: Return the bowl to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 20 minutes, or until it begins to set.
- Step 5: Fold in the softened cream cheese and the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Step 6: Gently stir in most of the mini marshmallows and drained mandarin oranges, reserving a small amount of each for garnish.
- Step 7: Cover the fluff and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to fully set.
- Step 8: Serve chilled, topping individual portions with the reserved mini marshmallows and mandarin oranges.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature to avoid lumps in the final dessert.
Drain the canned mandarin oranges very well to prevent the fluff from becoming watery.
Thaw the frozen whipped topping in the refrigerator before you begin the recipe.
