Ingredients

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces mascarpone
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Pulse graham crackers in a food processor until finely ground.
  3. Add granulated sugar and melted butter; pulse until mixture resembles wet sand.
  4. Press mixture into bottom and sides of an ungreased pie dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  6. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.
  7. Beat mascarpone until smooth.
  8. Mix in confectioners’ sugar until combined.
  9. Add ricotta, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and orange zest; beat well.
  10. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  11. Mix in mini chocolate chips.
  12. Spread filling evenly into cooled crust.
  13. Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set.
  14. Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips if desired.
  15. Cut and serve.
