Description

A decadent, no-bake dessert featuring layers of rich peanut butter cheesecake, fluffy chocolate whipped cream, chopped Reese’s cups, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Ingredients

Scale

12 ounces (339g) cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup (52g) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (36g) brown sugar
2/3 cup (187g) peanut butter
2 1/2 tablespoons (37ml) milk
1 1/4 cups (300ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons (21g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder
5 tablespoons (37g) powdered sugar
1 (12-ounce) bag Mini Reese’s, chopped
Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth.
  2. Step 2: Add the peanut butter and milk to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well incorporated. Set this peanut butter cheesecake mixture aside.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Step 4: To assemble the trifles, pipe or spoon an even layer of the peanut butter cheesecake mixture into the bottom of each of the four cups.
  5. Step 5: Top the cheesecake layer with chopped Reese’s, then drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  6. Step 6: Pipe or spoon an even layer of the chocolate whipped cream over the chocolate sauce.
  7. Step 7: Repeat the layers with more peanut butter cheesecake, chopped Reese’s, and another drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  8. Step 8: Finish the trifles with a final swirl of chocolate whipped cream and garnish with half of a mini Reese’s cup.
  9. Step 9: Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a smoother cheesecake filling, ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing.

Use cold heavy whipping cream to ensure it whips up properly to stiff peaks.

You can prepare these ahead of time and keep them refrigerated.
