Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are flavorful, cheesy handheld snacks made with biscuit dough, seasoned beef, and melty cheddar, then brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan. Perfect for parties, snacks, or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.

  • Cook Beef – In a skillet over medium heat, crumble the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat if needed. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to enhance the flavor. Once cooked through, remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar until it melts into the meat mixture.

  • Assemble Bombs – Take one biscuit from the tube and gently flatten it with your fingers or a rolling pin to form a round disc. Place a spoonful of the cheddar-beef mixture into the center of the disc. Fold the edges up around the filling, pinching them together tightly to seal the bomb. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling.

  • Bake – Place each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–18 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown and fully cooked through.

  • Add Garlic Parmesan Topping – While the bombs are still warm, mix melted butter with the minced garlic. Using a pastry brush, coat each bomb generously with this garlic butter blend. Then sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley on top. Serve immediately so they’re warm, cheesy, and fragrant.

Notes

Assemble ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Customize with bacon, jalapeños, or pickles.

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free biscuit dough.

Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
