Ingredients
Vegetable oil for frying
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
- Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl until light and slightly foamy.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and well blended.
