Description
A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of salty pretzel crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and sweet strawberry topping, all conveniently served in individual jars.

2 cups pretzel twists
6 tbsp salted butter, melted
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 (3.4) oz box cheesecake instant pudding mix, unprepared
1/4 cup powdered sugar
28 oz strawberry pie filling
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Place pretzels in a ziploc bag and crush them into small pieces with a rolling pin. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until fully coated.
- Step 2: In a separate mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip together the heavy cream, pudding mix, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Transfer the cream mixture to a piping bag or a ziploc bag with a corner cut off.
- Step 3: To assemble the jars, add about 2 tablespoons of the pretzel crumb mixture into the bottom of 7 (4oz) mason jars.
- Step 4: Add a layer of about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry pie filling on top of the pretzel crumbs.
- Step 5: Pipe a layer of the whipped cream mixture onto the strawberry layer.
- Step 6: Repeat the pretzel, strawberry, and cream layers one more time in each jar.
- Step 7: Garnish the top of each dessert jar with the remaining pretzel crumbs and some fresh strawberries.
Notes
You will only need about two cups of the strawberry pie filling for this recipe.
This recipe makes enough for 7 (4oz) individual mason jars.
A ziploc bag with a corner snipped off works well as a makeshift piping bag for the cream layer.
