1 box cinnamon graham crackers
2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Caramel sauce, for topping


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place the apple pie filling in a bowl and use scissors to cut the apple pieces smaller.
  2. Step 2: Add the ground cinnamon and nutmeg to the apple filling, stir to combine, and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a separate large bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and powdered sugar.
  4. Step 4: Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the pudding mixture. Use a hand mixer to beat for 3-4 minutes until it becomes creamy and thick.
  5. Step 5: Arrange a single layer of cinnamon graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Step 6: Spoon half of the spiced apple pie filling evenly over the graham crackers.
  7. Step 7: Spread half of the vanilla pudding mixture over the apple layer.
