An incredibly easy and quick no-bake butterscotch pie. This dessert features a creamy butterscotch pudding filling in a graham cracker crust, topped with Cool Whip and a drizzle of butterscotch sauce.

1 (3.4 oz box) instant butterscotch pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 (8 oz tub) Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 cup butterscotch sundae sauce
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the butterscotch pudding mix and the milk until fully blended.
- Step 2: Let the pudding mixture stand for five minutes to thicken.
- Step 3: Fold half of the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding until just combined.
- Step 4: Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared graham cracker pie crust.
- Step 5: Gently spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top of the pie.
- Step 6: Garnish the trim of the pie with the butterscotch chips.
- Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the pie to set.
- Step 8: Just before serving, drizzle the pie with butterscotch sundae sauce.
Notes
Ensure the Cool Whip is completely thawed before you begin for easier folding.
Chilling for at least one hour is essential for the pie to set properly.
