Description
A sweet and tangy no-bake side dish, often called a salad, that combines fresh cranberries, pineapple, grapes, pecans, and marshmallows in a creamy whipped topping.

12 ounces Fresh cranberries
3/4 cup Sugar
8 ounces Crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup Havled Red seedless grapes
1 cup Chopped Pecans
3 cups Marshmallows
8 ounces Cool Whip
Instructions
- Step 1: Pour the fresh cranberries into a food processor and pulse until they are chopped into small pieces.
- Step 2: Scoop the chopped cranberries into a small container, sprinkle the sugar over them, cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, place the chopped and sugared cranberries, drained crushed pineapple, red grapes, chopped nuts, and marshmallows.
- Step 4: Add the Cool Whip and gently fold the mixture together until it is well mixed.
- Step 5: Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Ensure the crushed pineapple is well-drained to prevent the salad from becoming watery.
For the best flavor, allow the cranberries and sugar to meld in the refrigerator overnight.
