Description

White Chocolate Puff Corn is the perfect sweet and salty no-bake snack. Buttery puff corn coated in creamy white chocolate and almond bark with optional festive sprinkles. Easy to make and great for parties, holidays, or sharing.

6.5 ounces (2 bags) butter-flavored puff corn (Chester’s brand recommended)

8 ounces almond bark

10 ounces white chocolate (melting wafers or bars preferred)

Sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  • Start by prepping your work surface with two large sheets of waxed paper to catch the coated puff corn.

  • Pour the puff corn into a very large mixing bowl to allow for even mixing.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond bark and white chocolate. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring well after each interval until completely melted and smooth.

  • Pour half of the melted chocolate over the puff corn. Stir gently but thoroughly to coat.

  • Add the remaining melted chocolate and stir again, ensuring all puff corn pieces are fully coated.

  • Spread the coated puff corn mixture evenly onto the wax paper.

  • While the chocolate is still wet, scatter sprinkles over the top if desired.

  • Let the mixture cool and set completely, about 30 minutes.

  • After the mixture has fully set, break it into bite-sized clusters and transfer them to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate with cocoa butter for the best melting results. Avoid white chocolate chips as they can seize. This recipe is flexible — add more chocolate or mix-ins as desired.
