Description

Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks are bite-sized pizza rolls filled with melty string cheese, wrapped in golden pizza dough, and topped with pepperoni. Perfect for parties, game nights, or quick family snacks, these cheesy bites are always a crowd favorite.


Ingredients

8 string cheese sticks

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 refrigerated pizza crust (14 oz)

24 slices pepperoni

Pizza sauce, for dipping (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Unwrap the string cheese sticks and cut each one into three equal pieces.

  • In a small bowl, mix together oregano, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.

  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 24 even squares.

  • Place one piece of string cheese in the center of each dough square. Fold the dough tightly around the cheese, pinching the seams so it seals completely.

  • Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with the herb-Parmesan mixture.

  • Press a slice of pepperoni onto the top of each snack.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

  • Serve warm with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Seal the dough tightly to keep cheese from oozing out.

Try different cheeses or add extra toppings for variety.

These can be made in the air fryer at 375°F for 6–8 minutes.
