Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- Pinch of salt
- 11 oz white chocolate morsels
- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
- 1 Tbsp strawberry gelatin mix
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter with sugar, heavy cream, and salt over medium-high heat. Stir constantly until the mixture starts to boil. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a stand mixer with white chocolate morsels and marshmallow creme. Beat for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into a parchment-lined 9-inch baking dish.
- To the remaining mixture, add strawberry gelatin and beat until well combined. Pour over the first layer.
- Using a knife, swirl the two layers together.
- Let the fudge set at room temperature for 4 hours or overnight.
- Cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
Notes
- To save time, place the white chocolate and marshmallow creme in a mixing bowl before melting the butter mixture.
- Fudge stays fresher when left as a block—slice as needed!
- You can swap strawberry gelatin for raspberry or orange for a fun twist on the fruity flavor.
