- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons heavy cream (or milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Press Dough into Pan: Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Let the bars cool completely in the pan.
- Prepare Frosting: While the bars cool, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in heavy cream and vanilla. Add food coloring if desired.
- Frost and Decorate: Once the bars are cooled, spread the frosting on top and add sprinkles. Slice and serve!

- For extra clean slices, chill the bars in the fridge for 30 minutes before cutting.
