Description

This Pumpkin Tiramisu is the perfect fall twist on a classic Italian dessert. Creamy layers of mascarpone, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice are layered between coffee-soaked ladyfingers for an irresistibly cozy treat. It’s an easy, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for holiday gatherings or just a comforting weeknight indulgence!

Ingredients

Scale
  • package ladyfingers
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar (divided)
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
  • 12 tbsp rum (optional)
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  • In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with ¼ cup powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, ½ cup powdered sugar, and pumpkin spice. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream.
  • Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the cooled espresso (and rum, if using). Lay them in a single layer in your serving dish.
  • Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top.
  • Spread the remaining pumpkin mixture over the second layer of ladyfingers, followed by the remaining whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a stronger pumpkin flavor, add a bit more pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
  • If you’re not a fan of coffee, you can use hot chocolate or milk to soak the ladyfingers.
  • For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free mascarpone and whipped cream alternatives.
