Protein Biscoff Banana Pudding Fluffy Yogurt is a super thick, high-protein yogurt treat made without bananas! Blended with sugar-free banana pudding mix and topped with cookie butter granola crumbs, it’s creamy, sweet, and perfect for dessert or snack time. Ready in under 10 minutes!
Ingredients
Fluffy Yogurt:
523 g vanilla Greek yogurt (Oikos Triple Zero recommended)
1 oz sugar-free instant pudding mix (0.35 oz vanilla + 0.65 oz banana or full banana flavor)
Biscoff Crumbs:
64 g Kodiak Cookie Butter Granola, crushed

Crush the granola
Place the cookie butter granola into a plastic bag and crush it into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or use a food processor for even finer texture. -
Mix the yogurt and pudding mix
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and pudding mix. Whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and pudding-like. -
Fold in granola crumbs
Stir most of the crushed granola crumbs into the yogurt mixture, leaving a little aside for garnish. -
Divide and top
Spoon the mixture evenly into two dessert cups or bowls. Sprinkle the remaining granola crumbs on top. -
Chill (optional)
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 1 hour for an even thicker, more pudding-like consistency.
Notes
Use sweetened vanilla Greek yogurt for less tangy flavor.
Add 1–2 tbsp milk if you prefer a softer consistency.
Flavors deepen after chilling overnight—great for make-ahead prep!
Single serving? Use 170 g yogurt + 11 g pudding mix.
