Description

Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls combine the rich, gooey flavor of classic pecan pie with the buttery flakiness of crescent dough. A fast and easy dessert ready in under 30 minutes—perfect for holidays or any sweet craving!


Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup chopped pecans

½ cup brown sugar, packed

¼ cup corn syrup

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  • Set your oven to preheat at 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to ensure easy cleanup.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon if using. Stir until well mixed.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  • Spoon a small amount of the pecan filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Carefully roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, tucking the filling inside as you go.
  • Place the rolls onto your prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  • Let the rolls cool slightly before serving to allow the filling to set.

Notes

Don’t overfill the rolls to avoid leaking during baking.

Toast the pecans beforehand for deeper flavor.

These are best enjoyed warm but can be stored and reheated.

Maple syrup or honey can replace corn syrup if needed.
