1 half cup Greek yogurt
1 half banana fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Optional 1 teaspoon honey

Chocolate chips (Optional)


Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a blender first to help everything blend smoothly.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, banana, and peanut butter.
  3. Add honey if you prefer extra sweetness.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust thickness by adding more milk if needed.
  6. Pour into a glass, and add Chocolate chips and banana slices on top.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use a frozen banana for a thicker and colder smoothie.

Choose ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
