Instructions
- If using a pre-baked crust, allow it to cool fully.
- Let the ice cream soften until it’s easily spreadable.
- Mix the drained peaches with cinnamon and optional lemon juice.
- Spread a thin layer of softened ice cream across the bottom of the crust.
- Add a layer of peaches, then top with the remaining ice cream.
