No Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie is a cool, creamy dessert that’s ready in minutes and made with just 4 simple ingredients. Perfect for summer days or spring gatherings, this pie delivers sweet citrus flavor in every bite. Make it ahead, chill, and serve—it’s that easy!


Ingredients

1 (3 oz) box orange Jell-O gelatin

2/3 cup boiling water

1 cup ice cold water

8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

1 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Mandarin orange slices (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange Jell-O powder and boiling water. Whisk continuously for about 2 minutes, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Add the ice cold water to the bowl and whisk until the mixture becomes frothy.
  • Gradually fold in the thawed Cool Whip. Mix gently until the mixture is fully blended and turns a light, creamy orange color.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to thicken slightly. This will make it easier to spoon into the crust.
  • Spoon the chilled mixture into the graham cracker pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula for an even surface.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
  • Before serving, garnish with mandarin orange slices if desired.

Notes

Make sure the boiling water is very hot and the cold water is ice cold for the best consistency.

Add ice cubes to cold water if needed to reach 1 cup.

Leftover filling? Spoon it into small cups and chill for a quick mousse treat.

You can use sugar-free Jell-O or a different flavor for variations.

Homemade whipped cream can be used in place of Cool Whip if preferred.
