Description

No Bake Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Pie is a creamy, rich dessert made with a chocolate graham cracker crust and fluffy peanut butter filling. Perfect for any season, no oven required.

Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (chocolate or regular)

¼ cup white sugar

6 tablespoons butter, melted

Filling

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup confectioners’ sugar

½ cup peanut butter

8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Optional Toppings

Whipped cream

Chocolate syrup


Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of an 8- or 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the fridge while making the filling. Optional: Bake at 375℉ for 8 minutes and let cool for a firmer crust.
  • Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the mixture until it is fully blended.
  • Assemble the Pie: Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and spread it out evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Serve: Just before serving, add whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

Chill overnight for best results.

Optional: Bake crust at 375°F for 8 minutes for firmer texture.

For homemade whipped topping, use 1½ cups heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks.
