8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of an 8- or 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the fridge while making the filling. Optional: Bake at 375℉ for 8 minutes and let cool for a firmer crust.
- Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the mixture until it is fully blended.
- Assemble the Pie: Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and spread it out evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or overnight for best results.
- Serve: Just before serving, add whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
