Description

M&M Cookie Dough Fudge is a quick no bake dessert that combines creamy cookie dough flavor with smooth white chocolate and colorful candy pieces. It is easy to prepare, requires minimal effort, and delivers a rich, sweet treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup all purpose flour, heat treated
1½ cups plain M&M’s, divided
1 cup plain mini M&M’s, divided
½ cup salted sweet cream butter, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cups white baking chips
1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
  2. Heat treat the flour in the microwave for 1 minute, let it cool, then sift to remove lumps.
  3. Freeze 1 cup M&M’s and ½ cup mini M&M’s while preparing the mixture.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, half and half, vanilla, and salt until light and creamy.
  5. Add the cooled flour and mix until combined to form a cookie dough texture.
  6. In a separate bowl, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Fold the frozen M&M’s into the cookie dough mixture.
  8. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir until fully combined.
  9. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  10. Top with remaining M&M’s and gently press them into the surface.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  12. Slice into 25 squares and serve.

Notes

Always heat treat the flour before using to ensure it is safe to eat.

Freezing the M&M’s helps prevent color bleeding.

Use high quality white chocolate for the best texture and flavor.

Do not overmix after adding melted chocolate to maintain a soft consistency.
