Instructions
- Prepare the popcorn by popping a bag of microwave popcorn. Remove unpopped kernels and place the popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the marshmallows and vanilla extract to the saucepan. Stir constantly until the marshmallows are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Immediately pour the marshmallow caramel mixture over the popcorn. Use a rubber spatula to coat the popcorn evenly.
