Instructions
Preheat & Prep: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat an 8×8 inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cacao powder, and sweetener.
Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the Greek yogurt and almond milk until just combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain a fudgy texture.
Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the chocolate chips. A small amount of coconut oil can be added for a smoother consistency.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
Bake Time: Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing into 12 delicious brownies.
