Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients
3/4 cup oat flour or all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup organic unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener or any granular sweetener of your choice
Wet Ingredients
1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
90 grams dark chocolate chips (reserve a handful for optional topping)

Instructions

Preheat & Prep: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat an 8×8 inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cacao powder, and sweetener.
Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the Greek yogurt and almond milk until just combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain a fudgy texture.
Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the chocolate chips. A small amount of coconut oil can be added for a smoother consistency.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
