Description
Rich, fudgy, and only 37 calories each, these low-calorie brownies are the ultimate guilt-free chocolate treat! Easy to make, packed with chocolate flavor, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the calorie overload.
Ingredients
3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (like Quaker)
1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend (or any natural, stevia-based sweetener that measures like sugar)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch square baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Blend It All Up
Add all your ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth — about 1 minute. The batter will be thick and luscious!
Step 3: Bake
Transfer the batter into your greased pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the center is just set.
Step 4: Cool and Slice
Allow the brownies to cool completely (yes, completely! patience pays off!) before slicing into 9 generous squares.
Notes
Start checking for doneness at the 13-minute mark to avoid overbaking.
Let brownies cool fully before slicing to keep them fudgy.
Feel free to customize by folding in sugar-free chocolate chips, nuts, or a swirl of peanut butter!
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to 1 week. Brownies also freeze well for up to 2 months.
