Instructions
Make the Almond Crust:
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, sweetener, cinnamon, and sea salt until well blended.
- Add the melted butter and stir until the mixture becomes evenly moistened and crumbly.
- Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch (3.5-quart) pan.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- Using a large bowl, whip the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the texture is smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the bowl occasionally to ensure even mixing.
