- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Carbquik mix
- 8 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie plate with no-stick spray or butter.
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the ground beef.
- Add Carbquik mix, salt, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, milk, and onion (if using). Stir until well combined.
