Description

Hot Fudge Brownie Bread is a rich, fudgy quick bread that combines the best of brownies and loaf cakes. Easy to make and perfect for sharing, this moist chocolate dessert is a hit for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

1 box brownie mix (for a 9×13-inch pan)

2 jars (12 oz each) hot fudge sauce

3 large eggs

1/3 cup canola oil

Extra hot fudge sauce, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a loaf pan with baking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, one jar of hot fudge sauce, eggs, and canola oil. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the greased loaf pan and use a spatula to level the top.
  • Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean with just a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Warm the second jar of hot fudge sauce and drizzle generously over the cooled bread.
  • Allow the topping to set slightly before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overmix the batter to keep the bread soft.

Tent with foil if the top darkens too quickly.

Add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips can be folded into the batter before baking.

This recipe can be doubled and baked in two loaf pans or made as mini loaves.
