Ingredients

1 cup frozen mixed berries (190g)

1 banana

1 cup milk (236mL)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120g)


Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Pour the milk into a high-speed blender, then add the frozen berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and protein powder.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the texture is creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides if needed.
