 - 1 egg

 - 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
 - Food coloring (green, purple, orange, etc.)
 - ½ cup powdered sugar
 - 1 cup mini M&M’s
 - Candy eyeballs
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
 - Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
 - Gradually stir in the cake mix to form a dough.
 - Divide the dough into separate bowls and add food coloring to each, mixing until evenly colored.
 - Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat each in powdered sugar.
 - Place the dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Press mini M&M’s and candy eyeballs into the tops of the cookies.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are set but still soft.
 - Let cool before serving. Enjoy the gooey goodness!
