Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped candied red and green cherries
  • 1 cup chopped candied pineapple
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Layer the candied cherries, pineapple, raisins, almonds, and shredded coconut evenly over the crust.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly across the top, covering the ingredients.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until edges are golden. Cool completely, then slice into bars.

Notes
