Ready in just 20 minutes, these treats are perfect for dessert or snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 8 squares milk chocolate (or 8 chocolate chips per bomb)
  • Vegetable or canola oil, for frying
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the Dough: Flatten each biscuit into a round shape.
  • Assemble: Place 1 marshmallow and 1 chocolate square in the center of each dough round. Fold and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  • Coat: Roll each dough ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  • Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan. Fry each bomb for 2-3 minutes or until golden, turning occasionally.
  • Serve: Remove and drain on a paper towel. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm for maximum gooey goodness!

Notes

  • Frying Tip: Keep oil temperature steady to avoid over-browning.
  • Baking Alternative: For a non-fried version, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  • Chocolate Options: Milk, dark, or white chocolate all work well! For a twist, try a peanut butter cup inside.
