Instructions

  • Melt the Chocolate: In a large nonstick saucepan over low heat, add the white chocolate chips. Stir frequently until the chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Incorporate the Salt: After melting, mix in the sea salt to enhance the sweetness and create a balanced flavor profile.
  • Mix in Condensed Milk: Remove the pan from heat and immediately stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Mix just until everything is well combined. The mixture will thicken quickly.
