1 pound lean ground beef

1 large yellow onion, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix

1 cup whole milk

2 large eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch glass pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet set over medium heat, sauté the ground beef and finely chopped onion for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until the beef is browned. Drain any extra fat.
  3. Mix in the salt and spread the cooked beef mixture evenly into the prepared pie plate.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the beef.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
