This Easy Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls Casserole combines the best of both worlds: gooey cinnamon rolls and sweet apple pie filling in a warm, comforting bake that’s perfect for brunch or dessert.

1 (17.5 oz) can of store-bought cinnamon rolls (with icing)
1 (21 oz) can of apple pie filling
½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉.
- Open the canned cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls. Set aside the icing or glaze.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into six bite-sized pieces.
- Evenly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with the melted butter.
- Distribute the cinnamon roll pieces across the dish in a single layer.
- Spoon the apple pie filling over the cinnamon rolls and spread it evenly.
- Evenly dust the top with dark brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Finish by drizzling the reserved icing over the warm casserole right before serving.
Notes
Add chopped pecans or walnuts for a crunchy twist.
For more spice, sprinkle in a pinch of nutmeg or clove.
Best enjoyed warm. Reheat leftovers in the microwave for 30–45 seconds.
