- 10.5 oz Campbell’s condensed cream of bacon soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup real bacon bits
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup crushed Doritos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and cream of bacon soup until smooth using an electric mixer.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese and bacon bits.
- Horizontally slice each chicken breast to create a pocket for the filling.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom half of the chicken and fold the top half over.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Brush the beaten egg over the tops of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the crushed Doritos over the chicken, pressing them down to stick.
- Bake for 33 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
