Crack Chicken Deviled Eggs are the ultimate party starter! Packed with chicken, cheddar, ranch, and bacon—these creamy, cheesy bites are quick to make, low-carb, and guaranteed to steal the show at any event.
Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cooled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pre-cooked chicken (diced, shredded, or canned)
3 tablespoons bacon bits
1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the Eggs: Cut each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the yolks and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
- Mash the Yolks: Use a fork to break the yolks into fine crumbs.
- Mix the Filling: Add cheddar cheese, chicken, bacon bits, ranch mix, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir everything until thoroughly combined and creamy.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Arrange the egg white halves on a plate with the cut side up. Spoon or pipe the filling back into each egg half.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with a touch of paprika if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for added flavor and convenience.
Canned chicken works great—just be sure to drain it well.
Store filling and egg whites separately if making ahead.
Want a spicy twist? Add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the mix.
