2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

6 large eggs

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

2 tsp ground cinnamon

Non-stick cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 small pieces.
  3. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a medium bowl until smooth.
  4. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  5. Evenly distribute the cinnamon roll pieces across the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Slowly pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, making sure every piece is thoroughly soaked. Gently stir to mix.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden and set.
