- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and move the rack to the top third.
- Boil salted water for the pasta and cook it 1 minute less than package directions suggest. Drain.
- While pasta cooks, fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
