Cherries in the Snow is an easy, no-bake dessert made with layers of creamy filling, soft angel food cake, and sweet cherry pie topping. A crowd-pleasing treat perfect for holidays, potlucks, or anytime you need a quick and pretty dessert!

½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup 2% milk
12 oz whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed
1 pre-baked 9-inch angel food cake
2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Mix the Base
In a large bowl, whip the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually add half the milk and mix until smooth, then pour in the rest and stir until fully combined. - Fold in Whipped Topping
Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy. - Add Cake Pieces
Tear the angel food cake into bite-sized chunks and fold them into the creamy mixture. Stir until evenly combined. - Assemble
Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 glass pan and level it out into an even layer. - Top and Chill
Spoon cherry pie filling over the top. Chill the dish in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours before serving.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.
For best results, chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Not recommended for freezing due to texture changes.
