Description

Cheesy Chicken Crescent Dinner Rolls are buttery, flaky, and stuffed with creamy shredded chicken and cheese—an easy crowd-pleasing favorite!


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

Salt to taste

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 (12 oz) tube Big & Flaky Crescent Dinner Rolls

2 tablespoons melted butter

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan

½ teaspoon dry Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until smooth. Fold in the shredded chicken until evenly incorporated.
  3. Assemble Rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Spoon a generous amount of the filling onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll tightly from the wide end to the tip, sealing the edges as best as you can.
  4. Top and Bake: Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each. Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

For a shortcut, use rotisserie chicken.

Avoid overstuffing to prevent spills.

Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

Reheat in oven at 350°F for best texture.
