1 ¼ cup cream of chicken soup
3 cloves garlic, minced
0.7 ounce Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix
1 cup chicken broth
2 ½ cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded, divided

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13” casserole dish generously with cooking spray to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
Step 2: Cream the Cheese and Butter

Step 3: Combine Ingredients
In a large metal mixing bowl, add the cooked chicken, cooked rice, and the cream cheese‑butter mixture.
