2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed or microwaved until just tender

1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the main ingredients: Stir in the shredded chicken and broccoli until everything is fully coated in the creamy mixture.
  4. Transfer to the baking dish: Spread evenly in the dish and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.
