Caramel Apple Cheesecake is the ultimate fall dessert! For the Crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup granulated sugar

7 Tablespoons butter, melted

½ teaspoon cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Filling:

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

For the Topping:

1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling

¼ cup caramel topping

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ cup cinnamon almonds, coarsely chopped (or nut of choice)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 6–7 minutes.

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs; beat until smooth.

  • Spread ¾ of the apple pie filling on the crust, then pour and spread the cheesecake mixture over it.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set. Cool on a wire rack.

  • In a saucepan, heat remaining apple filling with caramel and cinnamon. Stir until warm and smooth.

  • Once cheesecake has cooled, top with caramel apple mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

  • Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Chill time is key for texture and flavor—don’t rush it!

    Swap in pears or spiced peaches for a unique variation.

    Can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.

    Freezes beautifully—wrap well and thaw overnight.
