Caramel Apple Cheesecake is the ultimate fall dessert! Ingredients
For the Crust:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup granulated sugar
7 Tablespoons butter, melted
½ teaspoon cinnamon
For the Cheesecake Filling:
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
For the Topping:
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
¼ cup caramel topping
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup cinnamon almonds, coarsely chopped (or nut of choice)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 6–7 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs; beat until smooth.

Spread ¾ of the apple pie filling on the crust, then pour and spread the cheesecake mixture over it.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set. Cool on a wire rack.

In a saucepan, heat remaining apple filling with caramel and cinnamon. Stir until warm and smooth.

Once cheesecake has cooled, top with caramel apple mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.
