Cajun Honey Butter Salmon is a quick 25-minute meal packed with bold Cajun spices and a rich honey-butter glaze. Try it tonight!
Ingredients
4 fresh salmon fillets (skin-on preferred)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt, to taste
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Black sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Instructions

Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes, then flip and cook 2 minutes more.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium. Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes, then stir in lemon juice.

Pour sauce over salmon in skillet. Baste frequently and cook 3–5 more minutes until done.

Garnish with parsley, lemon wedges, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use skin-on salmon for better texture and flavor. Adjust Cajun spice level to your taste. This glaze also works with shrimp or chicken.
